ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES
Our aim is to despatch all orders received by midday on the day of receipt. Please note our dispatch and delivery days are on WEEKDAYS ONLY. No order will be dispatched or delivered on a weekend, i.e. if you order after midday on a Friday your order will be processed on the following Monday. If you order before midday on a Friday the earliest your order will arrive will be the following Monday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service due to the unreliability of this courier service compared to weekday services.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we do our best to maintain our stock levels across the board from time to time we may be out of stock of certain items. We will always call / email to advise of any delays and suggest substitute products (if possible) in these instances.

Senior Mercian plastic face mask for penalty corner defence. Same protective plastic front shell as the 2020 model now with an improved head-guard. Dual layer foam gives comfort as well as protection and the four available colours mean that every player can see their own mask straight away.

“FIH Statement - Field-player penalty corner face protectors / masks. Unfortunately, EN 13546 does not include requirements for these pieces of PPE. This currently means that there is no regulatory guidance on how these pieces of equipment should perform, neither in Europe nor anywhere in the world. This places the responsibility of deciding how to test a product onto manufacturers and test laboratories, which can lead to inconsistencies and the possibility of poorer quality products entering the market. To help resolve this deficiency, the FIH is currently sponsoring a PhD research project at Loughborough University in the UK. Phase 1 of this project has looked at the performance of field-player penalty corner face protectors / masks. The work is now complete and published (Assessing Field Hockey Face Mask Performance - Annals of Biomedical Engineering) and its recommendations and findings have been adopted by the FIH. These include assessments of the key properties of a field player face mask including fit, facial coverage, impact performance, and resistance to mechanical failure” The Mercian Evolution facemark was included in this process and has been given FIH Quality Programme approval ( FIH Category 1).
