The Dynasty GdX Academy is a Grade 3 bat made from willow with noticeable irregularities / knots but still capable of high level performance when crafted properly.
"Academy" refers to the size; this is a step between Harrow and Short Handle and adjusted in weight and profile accordingly to create a bat that is suited to and manageable by growing youth players / smaller adults.
All Dynasty bats are crafted in the heart of Hertfordshire from hand-selected English willow, blending classic craftsmanship with modern performance. Each piece is shaped by hand, with a careful eye for balance, pickup, and clean power through the stroke.

Cricket bat willow is graded primarily based on aesthetics, not performance. The grading system is set by the willow suppliers, with higher grades typically featuring cleaner grains and fewer blemishes. True performance comes from expert selection, pressing, and craftsmanship - not just the grade.

Please note we only ship orders to addresses in mainland UK, The Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES
Our aim is to despatch all orders received by midday on the day of receipt. Please note our dispatch and delivery days are on WEEKDAYS ONLY. No order will be dispatched or delivered on a weekend, i.e. if you order after midday on a Friday your order will be processed on the following Monday. If you order before midday on a Friday the earliest your order will arrive will be the following Monday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service due to the unreliability of this courier service compared to weekday services.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
While we do our best to maintain our stock levels across the board from time to time we may be out of stock of certain items. We will always call / email to advise of any delays and suggest substitute products (if possible) in these instances.
Please note that all orders will only be dispatched once all items are available. We will not part-despatch orders unless there are special circumstances that we have agreed with you first.
